Oscar's family lives in another state and was coming here for a wedding so we weren't able to have a meet and greet. I rarely do that but again, cuteness won and I said yes. He's an odd combination of Dachshund and German Shepherd. He didn't like Tony at all that first full day, barking whenever he stood up. But by Saturday his attitude was better and he was a lot of fun. He absolutely loves running around in the snow. Snow you say? Yes mother nature blessed cursed us with 6.7 inches of snow Friday. We knew it was coming so the day before Tony and I put the last of summer things away and we were prepared. But Holy Heck being prepared does NOT mean that we're ready for it. Our Oak tree has barely started dropping leaves and the snow made it droop so low. Faith banged on the limbs Friday night but within an hour they were covered again.
